राज्य सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना मुख्यमंत्री सारथी योजना पहली अप्रैल से लागू होगी। इस योजना के तहत प्रत्येक प्रखंड में कौशल प्रशिक्षण केंद्र खोले जाएंगे जहां बेरोजगार युवाओं को कौशल ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी। तीन महीने तक रोजगार नहीं मिलने पर अधिकतम एक साल तक प्रोत्साहन भत्ता मिलेगा।

इस योजना के अंतर्गत बेरोजगार युवाओं को कुछ न कुछ प्रशिक्षण देने के बाद अगर उन्हें रोजगार नहीं मिलता है तो उन्हें प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जाएगी। इस राशि का मकसद है कि बेरोजगार युवा अपना हालचाल चलाते रहें और उन्हें न
साल 2023-24 में 80 प्रखंडों में ऐसे केंद्र खोलने की योजना है। इस योजना के तहत गैर आवासीय प्रशिक्षण पर जाने वाले बेरोजगार युवाओं को उनके घर से प्रशिक्षण केंद्र तक आने-जाने के लिए प्रतिमाह एक हजार रुपये की राशि बीटी के माध्यम से दी जाएगी।
प्रशिक्षण के बाद सफल प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को तीन माह में रोजगार नहीं मिलने पर अधिकतम एक साल तक प्रतिमाह एक हजार रुपये रोजगार प्रोत्साहन भत्ता के रूप में दिए जाएंगे। युवतियों और दिव्यांगों को यह राशि प्रतिमाह डेढ़ हजार रुपये दी जाएगी। यह राशि डीबीटी के माध्यम से श्रम, नियोजन एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा सीधे लाभुक के बैंक खाते में हस्तांतरित की जाएगी।
